Whats the best way to exercise at home?

Whats the best way to exercise at home with no exercising equipment? For example: Pull ups. How many do I do a day, how long do I have to do it for in order to stay fit and lose a few pounds? I'm about 160 pounds, 16 yrs, 6ft. I noticed I've been getting chubby! Well, thanks for the help!

  2. Pull up bar is minor sorts of equipment, but get a high step stool....do the aerobics routine of step up one...both feet...down one...both feet. It'll kill in about 3 minutes! Work up to 6-8 minutes. You'll sweat and hate it, but it's great for your heart and legs.
