How are some ways to exercise at home??
How can you exercise without all the fancy equiptment?

- run outside or just take a nice walk!
- I do lots and lotsa' jumping. It's soo fun, try it. Also, stretch very day!
- you can do jump rope, a number of different ab and leg exercises, like sit ups,lunges, push ups... and def get some dumb bells, like 5 pounders to accompany your lunges or squats...
- crunches, ushups, pilates, stuff like that. I keep fit with balet, because you have to raise your leg and hold it there for a long time
- i like to do crunches, you can also jog around the neighborhood, or [if you have a two-story house] go up and down the stairs, do some squats, and if you have weights, you could lifts some weights also. how that helps :-D
- I run and ride bike. Pushups, jumping jacks, situps,leg raises and anything that adds resistance even climbing stairs.
- well ive been starting to do at least 50 crunches every night, so that may help. also if you have stairs, run up and down them a couple times. Really gets your heart pumpin!! and always eat healthy: ]
- Sit-ups, push ups, leg-lifts, stretching, yoga/balancing, stairs etc...
- there are several fitness programs on television early in the morning. you could also buy some work out dvd's like carmen electra's strip tease workouts (they are really good), pilaties, taebo, and so many more. you can go to your local wal*mart and purchase small 5 or 8lb weights. you can also go online and find many workout routines... i hope i helped in some way!!
- exercise tapes buy or rent find at one dollar store they have all kinds of tapes and good luck.
