Ways to Exercise at home?

What are some ways to Exercise at home? cuz the gym is to expensive, and its Raining like Crazy outside,.. that and the fact its winter LOL any ideas would be great thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! detailed ideas please!!!

  1. lift some heavy bags of sugar. do leg lifts with a chair. run in place... sit ups, push ups.
  2. Push-ups, sit-ups, and for cardio...DANCING!! (But only if you like it, just don't p/o the neighbors with loud music!!!) =]
  3. buy some cheap videos that get you cardio up because thats the best way to lose weight inside the house, thats what I did.
  4. for me 1. punching pillows 2. cleaning your ceiling for spider.. - it will build your muscles on neck and shoulder 3.put down your bed then stand it and roll , kick it and ..you will free your mind.. 4.push up... for you mind 1. close you eyes and think the sky 2. think a wide green grass or lawn.. 3. think some cow ..dont drink the milk. 4. open your eyes look out the rice cooker its boiling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hurry

  6. I'm stuck at home with 2 kids so I know the feeling. I walk a circuit down my neighbours drive then up my steep drive, then around again like a rat in a wheel lol! But if it's raining then...dancing to upbeat music really helps, get an exercise step and step up and down on it while watching TV, buy a stationary bike and cycle in front of the TV, jog or skip rope on the spot, run up and down stairs if you have them. Make sure you build in muscle toning exercises - you don't need any equipment for these. Squats and lunges are magic for legs, crunches and other abdominal exercises, push ups, tricep dips.
