Any fast and easy ways to make legs skinnier?

Okay, i think i may be starting to get a few small stretch marks on my thighs. But I am not positive. But my friends say that its just probably from exercising so much. I am a sports nut. I run quite a bit and play golf every day of the week, literally. So that may be my case? idk. What can i do to help this?

  6. Dont worry about the stretch marks - you sound like you are in great shape. Keep excercising and keep up with eating healthy. Rub some cocobutter on you legs every day to help keep your skin pliable so you dont get the marks :)
  7. How old are you? as you grow and your body changes shape and you gain and lose weight . You grow from the middle of your body so you get rounder then taller there for causing streaching, the best thing to do is keep good lotion on all the time to prevent it
  8. go to the gym and start working on your legs there are many different machines in gyms for the legs so have a go on them and they should tone your legs so the marks will go away good luck
  9. dont eat cheese or chocolate..or just reduce eatin 'em and dun drink nescafé i did these thingz plus goin to gym n there was a big diff

Do u know what suicedes r?? or sometimes they call them lines?? its where u start at the court(basketball) run to free throw,run back touch line,go to half court touch line run back touch line run to free throw on other side of the court touch it run back run to the full court line touch it and run back. we have to do this for volleyball and it really helps
  11. Drill a small hole in the bottom of the heel on each of your feet. Any excess fat can drain away out of these holes. Good luck! X
  12. Cycling fast. Its easy because its fun.
  13. try this - standing on tip toes up & down, 10 times at least each round. Doing this for 3 rounds as a general exercise everyday... another one - standing and then bending your knees up & down, 10 times as a round, and do this 3 rounds at least each day... don't forget to do some massage on your thighs and legs afterward, to relax the muscle and make the shape your legs nicer... this may work.
  14. There is some cream to make legs skinnier. You can get it from an Avon Magazine.
