Fast easy ways to loose weight?
I need to loose weight in a short period of time. I'd like to drop 20-30 pounds by late August, early September. What are some good weight lose tips? I'm not too big on dieting, seeing as how I love to eat. I don't mind exercising but it's impossible for me to do it everday. My problem areas are my stomach and my thighs. I would also like to loose some weight in my breasts. Any help would be greatly appreciated =)

- write everything down that you eat for a week. then try to find a way to cut out 500 calories a day from that. find someway to move everyday. ride a bike, go for a walk, yoga(it;s good for your stomach area too), swim, just anything that keeps you moving.
- There is one and only way - to reduce your calory intake. Exercising alone will not do it.
- There's not any sort of magic bullet for losing weight, and a lot of weight is genetic. If you want to lose weight, you'll need to eat a little less and exercise more. It won't take much of a change to lose a little weight. 3,500 calories is roughly one pound, so if you really want to lose 20 pounds in four months, you'll need to burn off about 625 extra calories per day. You can eat less, exercise more, or both, but 625 is the magic number.
