Easy ways to lose weight?
first of all im 13, and im chubby and i wanna lose weight second, i know i have to eat healthy, but im not on a crash diet im just staying away from junk food anyway i wanna know so exercises i do when i caome home from school i have a big yard, a dog, and a treadmill i could use. so what r some simple exercises ( for exampl; walking, running, bike riding, jumping jacks...) that can really help u lose weight i wanna get back to my normal weight for my aunts wedding next month so, any advice would help thank you

- I'm 13 too, Just be a Vegatarian for a while, It helps, you don't need dairy or meat to be healthy, truth be told Giving up milk actually gives you stronger bones and it helps with Pimples/Acne because of all that meat it all contains so much grease, and giving that up is great, check out http://www.peta.org and http://www.peta2.com
- Honestly the best way to lose weight is to eat healthy and exercise. Since you are already eating healthy, the exercise part comes in. Since you have a dog you can take it for a walk every day walking is a really good form of exercise because you burn a lot of fat calories while doing it. Running/walking on the treadmill will also help. Bike riding is a good form of exercise because you use different muscles than you would while walking or running. Also even though they arent the most fun thing, sit ups are a really good way to help tighten your stomach and lose weight..they arent the most fun way but they are effective. Hope this helps!
- Losing weight is something that generally isnt "Easy" to do other wise everyone would be slim, there is no overnight solution ! However i would suggest just exercising regularly and watching what you eat, if you notice your eating junk simply stop ! Besides your only 13 yrs old your still growing theres plenty of time for your body to change. As you hit puberty you may just notice your height catching up with your weight. Good luck anyways ! - well... just excersise with your friends so its funner. whenever you see junky food you wanna eat... tell yourself that you dont want it and that you don't wanna ruin what youv'e been working towards... motivate yourself, and encourage your parents to but healthier foods

- The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won't help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don't eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i'm going pretty well if i don't say myself. 90 LBS isn't anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice.
