Quick & easy ways to lose butt and tummy fat?
I need to lose some weight in those areas, but I don't have much time to work out and I already eat pretty healthy and drink a lot of water. If someone could share some ideas or a simple exercise to help me out I would appreciate it sooo much!

- If you already eat right, then what you need is good cardio exercise. Try going for a 20-minute jogs when you wake up in the morning; it will do wonders for burning away the fat.
- honey, if we knew the answer to that, we'd all look like jessica alba. :) do lunges and curl-ups, (the exercises designed to work on the butt and tummy), but you have to do aerobic exercises, too, like jogging.
