Easy ways to lose weight?

I really wanna lose weight, i could do with losing 2/3 stone but, im still at school and have no time whatsoever to go to a gym or d exercise because im in my last year and im drowning in coursework, does anyone have any ideas how i can lose this weight without having to do alot of exercise?

  5. there's three things i do to control my weight, i'm noticeably skinny but its mostly due to my fast metabolism. 1. skip breakfast, or eat something extremely light 2. drink only water or flavored water with no calories 3. do atleast fifty, to one hundred, curl ups every night also only eat when you are hungry and don't for the taste only
