what are some easy exercises i can do at home?

i need to know some fast easy ways to tighten my butt and legs and tummy, i just had a baby 5 months ago. i dont have alot of time or money.

  1. *TONING YOUR STOMACH* + Do 150-200 sit ups per day, gradually building up to 450 over a period of 5-6 months *TONING YOUR ARMS* + Get 1litre water bottle and fill it HALF WAY with water, and put your arm straight down so it's beside your waist. Then Bring it up like you would with a weight, then bring it down. Do this 15 times on each arm twice a day!! *TONING YOUR LEGS* Do Pilates. Lie down on the ground facing a wall. Lift your leg up [make sure it's straight] move it high up against the wall until you feel a slight stretch [DON'T do it too high otherwise you'll cause injury] hold for 4-5 seconds and do the same with the other foot. Repeat 5 times, twice a day *TONING YOUR BOTTOM* Get a chair in front of you with it's back to you. Hold the back of the chair. Keep your legs straight and your shoulders back, look straight ahead. Slowly move your legs back then back to it's original position..
