Easy Exercising?
Okay! I'm thirteen and I hate to exercise. I am not very athletic and I was wondering if there was an easier way to lose some weight. Thanks so much! P.S. I'm average so I'm not fat! I love to eat and I won't ever give that up. Sorry! And to the person who answered first! I'm going to go eat something! HA! So there!

- The easiest way to exercise is to do more of what you're already doing. If you walk to school or the park, take a route a little out of your way. If you usually take the elevator, take the stairs instead. Or time-challenge yourself to raise your heart rate a little bit. Instead of taking your time, you can speed-walk to class. Once walking the stairs is easy, jog them. Then, if you want, you can do something small when you wake up or just before bed. Even 2 or three push-ups, for starters, will work your arms, your abs, and your legs. Gradually, you can add more as your body feels ready. Good luck with keeping healthy! It's a challenge that will be with you for your whole life, so the sooner you figure out what works for you, the better off you'll be down the road.
- haha i lyk ur lil p.s thing.lol. but even if your not athletic, id still say go out for a sport at your school. Thats the best way fo you. trust me.
