I would like to lose 30 lbs can anyone tell me an easy way besides exercising and eating right?

  5. replace a meal or two with slim-fast shakes! i do that and i lost 40! :)
  6. There is no easy safe way. Just walk a little more and eat foods that are healthy for you. Eating many tiny meals will burn more cals than just two large meals. Don't eat close to bed time and DRINK LOTS OF WATER. Sorry, no get out of jail free card with this one. You want to lose 30 lbs, slow and easy wins the race. Losing just 1/2 lb a week will get you feeling fine in just over a year and it has a much better chance of staying off. And what's a year when you compair it to your lifetime of good eating habits. And if you feel you are 30 lbs overweight you probably could use some boosting of your self-esteem too. Reward yourself by being good to you and when you take your walk remind yourself that each day you are getting a little bit healthier and slimmer. Don't use the scale to judge your progress because you will gain muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. And by the way, I'm not telling you anything that I don't already do myself. And it works!
  7. When u wake up go and do push ups or sit ups. U really only can do exercises and eat right.
