What is the best and easiest way to exercise your thighs?

  1. I'm no expert, but I would say walking.
  2. pull down your pants and wrap your thighs around someones face
  3. I found the best exercise to be lunges.They're easy to do , you can do them at anytime anywhere, no equiptment needed and if you want you can try do do them walking on even pavement,uphill,downhill and with weights. That coupled with a good diet and cardio you're sure to tone those thighs up!
