hey whats the easiest way to exercise with no equipment in my house without anyone realising?
i want to have a sexy body so the ladies will like me so whats the easiest way to keep fit without anyone realising ?? and do ladies like a hairy or non hairy body

- Walk at least 5 km briskly every day. Different ladies have different choices. So do not worry, ask ur lady what she likes and then u decide whether to shave off the hair or not.

- 1) The easiest exercise is dancing to whatever music you like to listen to. You can dance in the privacy of your bedroom. Or go for walks. 2) As a lady, I personally like men that have hairy bodies. My dad had a hairy body. If you have a hairy body, keep it that way. If not, naturally, that's okay too. Each woman has her own personal preference. Take care.

- If you like cave women then hairy is the way to go. Try swinging from the toilet door with push ups and sit ups are good too from the toilet bowl.
- Women don't seriously like men because of the body---what really counts is your personality and charm and respect that you show a girl. Plenty of heavy guys do just fine with women--because they have what really counts. What do you expect to get from using nothing to exercise?? Where did you hear that idiotic stuff?? wash you hair---brush your teeth---wear nice clothes---smlie and have some kind of interesting stuff to chat about. That is a good start. Hair--no hair??? Another question that makes little sense--what are you going to do--shave from top to bottom everyday?? you will never get a date with stubble and little scabs all over your body. Man--where did you hear this stuff??
- you can do things like lift gallons of milk for toning...or water...even just doing a little resistance training with canned goods can work. all women have slightly different taste. myself, well i don't like the hairy body thing. to me its gross! but other women think it is more manly and HOT...so it just depends on the girl.... good luck with the effort, i hope you get what you are looking for!
- Theres a bunch of stuff you can do without any machines or weights. You can do push ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, flutter kicks, go running or jogging, and my favorite, body builders! Body builders will give you a full body workout and build up your cardio as well, but they're not easy. Here's how you do them. Start off by standing. Squat down and touch you palms on the ground. Kick both of your feet out behind you at the same time. You should now be in the push up position. Do a push up. Bring both you feet back up at the same time so your in a squating position again. Stand up and repeat. These will get you in wicked shape, but they're not for the faint of heart. I usually do fifty, in sets of ten. If Im not doing any other exercise I'll do up to a hundred. You'll be sore, but they pay off. As my PT instuctor used to say "Pain is weakness leaving the body!"
- First of all if you don't have your own "secret exercise place" i.e.: your room,laundry room etc.. You will have to make yourself some time to exercise let's say when there's no one around where you live. For the exercise, get a rope, some 10 lb. hand weights and a carpet. You can start by stretching so you don't hurt yourself. Then on top of the carpet if you have tile floor like I do, you can start doing push ups , series of 20's then 10 sec break until you reach 200. Also sit ups same routine. Then even watching the TV sit and start lifting those hand weights nonstop. You'll get used to it and eventually just do it mechanically. Wait 1 month to see results and also you might want to look at your diet and stuff.
- I suggest workout videos/dvds and placing the inserts inside out, or just hide them in your drawers, under your bed, or in your closet. If you want to get some equipment, get a couple of small weights, if you are going to walk and/or run, that you can hide in your drawers, and place slightly larger dumbells in your closet or under your bed. It is great that you want to have a fit and healthy body, but you should do this foremost for yourself, not just to get ladies. All women are different, one may want a guy with a great body, while another doesn't mind your body as long as you have a great heart, personality, intelligence, etc. The same goes with a hairy or non hairy body, it should first depend on what you feel most comfortable with. As for what women prefer, someone may love a hairy chest, while another will be disgusted by it, someone will like to be tickled by your mustache, while another will want to shave it off in your sleep, it all depends on their taste. A last bit of advice, if you have confidence in yourself, it will go a long way, many women love men that exude confidence and exercising can be a way of gaining it if you don't already have it.
