easy exercises to flatten the stomach?

i need some easy ways to flatten my stomach.Im talking about exercises that doesnt take all my energy & i can still keep my shape.

  2. whatever exercise where you can see that the stomach muscles are involved. Twisting from the waist, leg lifts, sit ups, bending over side to side, arm curls with weights.
  3. Those ab exercises (crunches, side bends, etc.) are good to shape the muscles, but if you want to flatten your stomach you need to burn the fat with cardio. If you don't want anything too strenuous, try turning on some music and dancing! That's what I do...i might sweat like I do when i do regular exercise, but since it's more fun, I don't feel as tired afterward!

  5. Crunches on the ball, reverse crunches, and bicycle crunches are some of my favorite stomach exercises. But stomach exercises only help a little.
