what are easy ways to tone up? OMG PLEASE HELP ME.?
i need to loose like 10 pounds then tone up alot- mostly around my belly and deffidently my love handles. im not into like 'exercise' though if i try starting an exercise plan to loose weight and tone up- i NEVER stick to it ughhhh. what are some simple/easy ways to tone my midsection in like a couple months? p.s. im 14- im 5'6 almost 5'7 and i weigh 138 pounds. PLEASE HELP IM TIRED OF BEING A COW.

- Just try eating better for a whial and if you don't see any improvment exersise >.< It can be a pain, but you have to do it to be healthy
- try simple steps IE: take the stairs walk to the store eat to live don't live to eat, eat healthy, vegies etc. sit on the floor (getting up is a small work out) use the web for reasonable diets You are not overweight, if you just tone up you will see a difference
- well, sorry to say this but when you need to tone your midsection, you HAVE to exercise...there's really no other choice. & trust me, I'm struggling with the same problem except I weigh less but that doesn't really help because I'm Chinese and Chinese people gain weight in their tummy & no where else meaning...my stomach is a whole lot of blubber (even despite the fact I run 30 minutes, 6 days a week & do strength-training/pilates twice a week, AND I hardly eat any saturated fats or sugar or cholesterol). so, the only thing I can tell you is, EXERCISE (cardio is the only way to get rid of stomach fat)! but you know, there are super fun & exciting ways to exercise. Buy a dance DVD & learn some choreography with upbeat music, it'd give a chance for you to show off your new moves to your friends AND tone up your midsection =]. OH! & i almost forgot, avoid saturated fats (but poly/monounsaturated fats are required to shave off those saturated fats in your body) & do not consume ANY trans fats. & make sure you don't consume too much sugar or refined carbs, because the excess of those stores fat in your tummy. Eat protein, but don't take on a high-protein diet (these usually have high amounts of cholesterol & is very unhealthy), you need it to build muscle & tone up. & if you get dimples on your thighs, then drinking 100% pure no sugar added cranberry juice will get rid of a good amount.
