what are some fast and easy ways to burn fat, other than running, and exercises that i can do at home and how long should i do it

  1. Sex can be considered exercise.. you can do it at home and as long as you want! LOL
  2. drink alot of water, eat healthy like naturel foods no fake stuff like mc donalds ya no, n whatever makes you sweat at home do it lol
  3. if you got a pool, swim as fast as you can for at least 30 mins every third day. do some hatha yoga excercises, ab crunches, go up ad down stairs (youll be look like a madman but its actually pretty good for fat burn). as aforementioned have lots of sex (you can burn as much as 800 cals per round ;) )an is more fun! smile more often. keep hydrated, (DONT drink lots of water cuz it can make the scales against you). and be happier!
