how can one loose weight, without diet, without exercise, please give some easy way...may be some magic!!!!?

- I don't really know if this really works because I never tried it. You can try the slimming program, very well known and the marketing stuff is very annoying to get people to join their program. The setback is that it requires lots of money. Don't try this if you are looking for free way to loose weight

- Listen this is magic.MY dr said eat what ever you want.BUt cut it in half and you will lose. So what ever you were eatting up to now, cut it in half.Drink more water too. And another gf drank only ice water (along with a normal 1800 cal diet) . She lost weight. IT takes calories to heat up the water.
- The most effective dietary supliment known to man, besides methamphetamine, is a combination of Ephedrine, cafine, and asprin. BE CAREFULL, because the Ephedrine is bad for your heart and is actually one of the ingrediants to Methamphetamine. It can, and if your not carefull, will kill you. Take 2 ephedrine pills, two asprins and drink a diet pepsi or coke. Do this twice a day and the pounds will come off like melting butter.
- There's that phrase "no gain without pain", that's kind of the situation here. There are diet pills...ones specifically I don't know since they took ephedrine out of em. So you can try some of those...green tea works good...but that's for "cleaning your system out" doesn't do much to the harm that's already been done. Energy drinks reduce your appetite, and the caffeine gets you moving. Even if you don't want to do a lot of exercise, just walking a little more, cleaning more may help. There's always meth...but in the end, even if you lose weight like that it's not good on your body, and most of all for your skin. And no matter how thin you are, skin that sags because of no muscle...is not very appealing. Oh yeah and lots and lots of water! Well good luck hun.
- Diet pills are bad for you. They are associated with heart complications. And chances are, they don't even work. You can starve yourself...but it's not healthy either. Being lazy really doesn't make you lose weight. Geez! I guess magic is your only hope...
- This will take some work,,but if you are willing to do the work here it is. Change the way you view yourself, the way you view food, and all the other junk the media has dished out. Heal yourself inside and the weight will come off on it's own. Visualize yourself the way you choose to be and live it. Think of yourself as over weight than you shall be stuck that way. Diets and exercise are only temporary,,you have to get to the source of the problem.

- Drink a lot of water. Take Metamucil.
- Don't be so afraid of it darl, excercise - just start with a 20 min walk 3 times a week and increase as you go to a little run or swim anything you want, make it fun, you might just find you'll enjoy it, drink water instead of soft drink, coffee etc, eat a little less than you do but 4 -5 small meals a day, less carbs more protien and indulge once a week only, get yourself some fitness mag's and build your self esteem instead of putting yourself down or letting others put you down, you can do it, if you look for an easy way it may work for a little while but you'll end up putting it all back on and maybe even more, learn about how the body works accept it and "JUST DO IT" you'll benifit in the long term and you'll be healthy. p.s it will happen faster than you think why not keep a journal and take photo's.

- stop eating any food thrice a week. drink only water. Rest of the days eat fruits and water.
- find someone you really love and break up with him. nah! have a lot of sex and long sex i mean, where you get sweaty like that, people dont realize tha having sex is an exercise with far more advantage then all them money hungry gyms.....gyms are for people going make money off they bodies so if your not gonna make money off of it, dont go. just have long sex, daytime can be short since its warm already.
