What´s an easy way to exercise when you have alot of time on your hands and not alot of equipment?

Like if your on vacation and you want to stay fit and not gain like 1038328741 pounds. Diesting advice would also be helpfull.

  1. Run or walk at a fast pace.
  2. Go on at least a 30 minute walk. A quick but comfortable pace is sufficient. You should be at least a little sweaty when you get through. A pound is 3600 calories. If you burn 514 more calories a day than you take in you'll loose a pound in a week. Conversely if you take in 514 more calories than you burn each day, you'll gain a pound. There's no escaping the math.
