Easy/fun ways to exercise???

- DDR, jumping on a trampoline, riding your bike, jumping rope, hula-hooping, hopscotch... bascically anything as long as your moving :]
- Doing a boxing workout...set on heavy bag, set on speed bag, set on jump rope, set of abs, rinse, repeat. Each set is 3 minutes, most enjoyable cardio I have ever done, plus it is excellent anger management.
- Just walking around a nice neighborhood or park, or biking, or skating. Or, if you are the gym type, using all their neat machines they have for exercise, under the supervision of a trainer, is fun. Or, if you'd rather exercise at home, there are plenty of exercise videos or DVDs out there to motivate you (richard simmons is hilarious, and seriously helps people lose weight......I don't agree with his "gay" style, but he is still funny, and seems to genuinely care about helping people lose it.....since he fights the same battle all the time himself.
- dancing...step aerobics...mini trampoline ...walking
