What are some ways to get in shape at a young age?

Hi, I am 12. I am BAD at anything physical. I now have back problems!!! I am WAY to young, and apparently it is because I dont exercise. what are some ways to exercise!! please help!

  1. Go for a walk , instead of using the remote walk to the tv and change the channel , . eat healthy 3 meals per day maximum , with maybe 1-2 snacks .
  2. dance, if you can. Get a 10 speed and ride it around your neighbourhood or on a trail if your city has one. Biking is a very good exercise and fun too. walk up the stairs instead of taking the elevator. after supper every night, take a walk around the block, but don't go alone. Walk your dog or go with a friend or family member. help your mom with chores around the house. You would be surprised at how many calories you burn by vacuuming or doing the dishes. eat healthy. Stay away from chips and pop and sweets and especially fast foods. each veggies and salad but don't use those bottled dressings as they contain a lot of fat, use vinegar and oil instead. Eat a balanced meal and make sure you eat 3 meals a day. Breakfast is very important cuz it speeds your metabolism and helps your brain get going in the morning. If you feel like something sweet, then have a pickle, or a small piece of cheese. If you eat when you are bored, then try and find a hobby that will keep you interested so you don't get bored. here is the website for Canada's Food Guide.
