Ways to exercise more

Exercise????

OK i hurt my ankle and it hasn't healed quite yet.I neeed a way to exercise that isn't running or jogging or anything on your ankle or that requires running.Because I can't bend my ankle after running.And get this I LOVE TO RUN!!! I know swimming and biking is good.But any other suggestions????I really need some help here!!!

  3. Lifting weights can be just as effective. Just sit in a chair and lift things... if you have small weights this works good. What about sit ups? You want to stay off your ankle!! I would stick to swimmng. Don't walk, run or even bike ridding can hurt it. Be careful and stay off your feet till it heals all the way. You would rather keep your ankle healthy and heal it then risk putting extra preasure on it.
  4. Im sure you love to run and bike.. Its the worst thing for your body. Systematic damage.. can you SAY that. Didnt you read the exercise article on blindguru.com.. Am, I the only one that agrees with this?
