ANy ways (exercises) to get rid of double chins?

  1. lots of aerobic exercise and just eating healthy should to the trick. running and biking are a few that come in mind

  3. Yes, there are exercises to get rid of double chins as well as extra facial fatty areas... The best one that I know of is to flex the chin by tipping the head back a bit and pull up up with the lower jawline... keep that one up for a while... it's like a cheap facial lift! Mine is about 1/2 gone now.... but I've still got more work to do!!! Good luck...
