Ways to exercise more

I want to start to exercise my arms,belly.legs,and booty.Which are the best ways to get results fast.?

I have a 1 year old baby girl before I had her my weight was 135not super thin but after I delivered I stayed at a large 180. To our surprise I got pregnant right away and now have a 1 month old, crazy huh? Well I love them both and wouldn't take anythingback exept the pounds I have, I am now 210 pounds and only lost 35 from my pregnacy I feel that I will never go back to my old weight unless I work hard .So I am ready to work hard any suggestions that have worked on you or your friends?

  1. Try swimming beleive it or not it works..plus it is fun. You get to work all parts of your muscles and it also helps your breathing.
  2. drink a lot of water- that will make any superficial bloating go away. then exercise both aerobically and by pushing your muscles 'til they burn
