What are good ways/exercises to get rid of fat on inner thigh?

- Butterflies.. do the ones for the inside and outside of your thighs this also helps stregthen your Private muscles. also be sure to stretch before and after!
- Don't forget the cardio. This is what really burns the fat. Eat about 30 minutes before going to the gym. Just something light. Then do a muscle building routine with the weights and end with 20min of cardio with a 5 or 10 min cool down. I saw results in just a couple of weeks
