  2. Butterflies.. do the ones for the inside and outside of your thighs this also helps stregthen your Private muscles. also be sure to stretch before and after!
  3. Don't forget the cardio. This is what really burns the fat. Eat about 30 minutes before going to the gym. Just something light. Then do a muscle building routine with the weights and end with 20min of cardio with a 5 or 10 min cool down. I saw results in just a couple of weeks
