What are some fun ways to get regular exercise?
I'm looking for something a bit specific. Preferably something you have experience with. Please don't just say "play sports" or something lame like that.

- The possibilities are endless.Hiking, biking, running, walking. If you have some money you could take up kayaking which will make you have an amazing upper body and abs. You could swim, jump rope or get a trampoline.
- bike riding along a wooded path, pretty neighborhood or river.... jump rope your way down memory lane (remember how much fun it was in school?) Have a dog? take up jogging. He'll be the perfect running partner and love you for it. Join a recreational basketball team or swim club. Both of these sports work all of your muscles and are great cardio activities. - A good balance diet and exercise is the key. If you belong to a local gym. Try taking some SPIN or kickboxing classes. They burn lots of calories. Also do some weights to balance the cardio workout. If you don't belong to a gym try riding a bike outdoors. Cheers!
