I am very skinny. Everyone teases me because if this. Whenever I go to the market or something to buy jeans, none fit me. They are all too wide for me. Really annoying as I cant find a jean of my choise. Neither do the tops look good on me. I also eat alot but I still remain the same. And now being sick of this, I have also started taking some tonics but none work. Can anyone plz plz tell me a natural way or a good exercise for getting a little fatter. - Eat healthy but more quantities of healthy foods - dairy, veggies, fruit, whole grains, lean protein. Just because you want to gain weight, you shouldn;t be loading on the fat and calories. Try doing strength training and weights since muscle weighs more than fat.
- ok well first off u need to gain weight at a very healthy stage! do not eat junk food just to make you gain so much because usually in years to come that junk food adds up on you, anyways eat more carbs, more red meat! dont forget veggies, and basically just eat twice more than u do in larger portions. good luck =] (and its not bad being skinny.. ppl make fun of u cuz their jealous) that happened to me

- I am going through the same thing. What is working for me is to just push yourself to eat more than you usually would even when you dont feel hungry at all. Make sure you are eating 3 big meals a day and then atleast 2 small meals that dont consist of junk food. You want to gain weight and need healthy fat. Goodluck!
