Fun thing way to exercize...?
Like for the weekend instead of feeling like I gained weight I want to feel the opposite. I tend to over eat on the weekends I want to get out of this habit by doing some fun exercise with a friend what do you recommend?

- go for a walk at the mall / park
- You could go rollerblading, take a walk on the beach (if you live near a beach) or go shopping all day at an outlet mall. Debbie
- Well I don't know but as a guy I find weight lifting very fun and relaxing.Best to do with a Friend at a similar level of fitness.
