Ways to exercise more

Whats some fun and great ways to get fit and healthy?

Today I woke up and said to myself "I want to get fit and healthy". I have said this to myself many times before but today I really do mean it! The part I find really hard is knowing where I should start and if its going to be fun! I have tried the treadmills and exercise bikes but they just get really boring. If you were going to start today to get fit and healthy while having fun doing it how would you do it?

  1. We are one in the same my friend, i have lost a heap of weight recently and find myself bored with the gym. So i started getting up early in the morning and doing a work out DVD in my living room. I go at my own pace and i feel like I'm actually doing something! I also have stepped it up a notch when i am at the gym AND i go for long, hard, sweaty walks near where i live and it has given me the motivation to work my butt off!! Literally! Also the fact that you are talking about it should be motivation enough!! Good Luck!! It's all about variety... Try something different and the excitement of not knowing what will happen next will make your work out all the more fun!! And interesting! Hope this helps :)
  2. play dance dance revolution (DDR). it's a game that's really fun, and it also helps you lose weight, but that's if you play alot of it and if you are an average-advanced player.
