How to exercise and eat right?
I need to know how i can exercise in a fun way in my own house without any exercise machines or exercise balls. Also I need to know what tasty but healthy foods for meals and snacks I should be eating. Lately I've been having apples and PB but I need more ideas. Thank you!

- well if your watching t.v,during the commercials just do a couple of sit-ups or run in place,if you own a bike go around your block a few times or take a walk after dinner. if you like celery and raisins try "ants on a log":put some PB on the celery and add some raisins,try some hummus on pita bread,or cucumber with some low-fat ranch dip.
