Ok, so I need help finding ways to exercise my abs. After trying and trying I can't do sit ups or crunches at all. All I end up doing is pulling myself up by my neck and it really hurts. I have tried to concentrate on only working by pulling myself up by my abs, but I can't even pull off one. I think my abs just aren't strong enough to do it. I have tried reverse sit ups and still end up just working my legs. I have tried for hours, it is impossible. I know I am about 30 lbs. over weight, and I'm doing all different exercises to change it, (as well as eating better) but nearly all my fat is around the ab region. Is there anything I can do about this without buying any equipment or anything? I really can't afford it.
