What are some fun ways to work out? HELP!?

I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight, so I am changing my diet and exercise routine. I have always gone to dance class for an hour or two each weekday. I am 13 years old-female. I want to work out but I want it to be fun! Other than DDR, what else?

  1. WHAT ABOUT POWER SWIMMING, IT IS LOW IMPACT BUT YOU BURN ALOT OF CALORIES.

  3. The best way to have fun is exercising in group. No matter what you do, fi you are with some friends, you will enjoy it. Try joining a team (volleyball, kickingball, something you like). Another fun way to exercise is hearing music, just plug yourself to your ipod and play yuor favorite music. You'll be thinking of everything except of how tired you are, and will go on exercising. I personally enjoy a lot doing spinning, tae bo.
