Ways to exercise more

tricky ways to get exercise?

it's almost spring and i just wanted some suggetions on how to get my boyfriend to exercise more without nagging him about it. what are some things we could do that would be exercise, but fun and fairly easy?

  2. invite him to go to walks/jogs with you. make him a healthy dinner.
  3. Maybe going on bike rides (like on Mountain trails? Hee, hee) Go hiking and have a picnic at the top. Offer to babysit someone's toddlers together...that will keep you both running. :) Play tennis. Even now, go sledding! Walking up the hill over and over sure gets your heart rate up and it's a blast! Even some Wii games can get you sweating. Check out the Wii sports disc. They have one game where you literally have to stand up and "jump" over cows or something like that. And they have virtual boxing and other fun games that don't really "feel" like you're exercising, but you are! Go out dancing or roller or ice skating. Enough ideas? (I can get a little long-winded sometimes! :P) Hope these thoughts help. Debi
