what are some fun exercises for a 13 year old?

  1. School sports, skateboarding, rollerblading, parkour, Cheerleading, Hackey Sack. Depends on what you're into really.
  2. and sport really. what my cousins love is the video game dance dance revolution. that gets you sweating and its tons of fun. or they could always take up skating or swimming.
  3. I cannot grasp the words "fun" and "exercise" in the same sentence. Sorry I can't be of help...
  4. Swimming, jogging, tennis, basketball and jump rope are all excellent.
  5. I think that running is a fun way to exersize. Expecially when you are mad because sometimes it helps you jus think for a little while. Also if it is fun to listen to your i-pod or something while you run.
  6. i say sports, swimming, and jump rope! those are really good. and I am not sure the reason for the excercise but if you are going to excercise also change the diet..
  7. going to the park n playing any sport with the family is good or swimming is also good...
  8. do it with a friend! -go on a 2 mile bike ride - a 2 mile walk - practice volleyball, basketball, cheerleading, baseball, etc. - walk your dog ( if you have one) listen to musci to keep you moving -dance~!* hope this helped!!! p.s. ohh and if you don't want to do it with a friend, talk to yourself quietly in your room while excersizing! mostly just talk to yourself about the things your mad about. it really works for me!*
  9. i suggest dancing. its superr fun and u dont have to be involved on a team or anything if u dont want to. u can just start up some music and just move your body. i read somewhere that dancing for like an hour or so burns like at least 100 calories! and if she wanted to be involved on a team just check out ur local dance studios. ive been dancing fer amlost 12 years and i really really enjoy it!!! i hope i coud help!!! <3 <3 <3
