What is a TOTALLY FUN way to get exercise?

And don't say sex. I'm looking for alternatives to the gym, walking, running, etc. the typical stuff.

  1. Follow this workout Dr Jillyhannnahfan2 prescribes another lifestyle change plan, Running, Walking, Jogging, dancing, swimming, yoga, pilates, aerobics, etc. it's all good for you! Do running for example, 2 laps run, 1 walk or reverse it and repeat (don't forget to warm down!) Do it to music for rythm, on your ipod! And eat healthy, no mcdonalds or unhealthy foods or any of that stuff. Stay out of stuff that says on the ingredients:MSG. Print out a personalized canadian food guide off the website. Work out at the gym, and eat whole wheat or whole grain bread!Have salad with your lunch and dinner! Do a weekly weigh in and all that. If you're really hungry eat a handfull of almonds. or raisins, but before that snack have 2 full glasses of water, they make you fill then see if you still wanto eat, have 8-10 glasses of water each day and 2 waterbottles full after each activity you do! After working out take a hotbath for thirty minutes (take a nap while you bath or read your book) relax and after rub baby oil on your body, do this every day at the end of the day to get rid of the stress and so you won't have sore muscles! Be healthy and good luck! Ballroom dancing the energenic kind burns calories and fat like crazy! After you lose the fat here's a workout 100 pikes 100 crunches 100 situps 50 pushups (Do by tens, ten rest ten rest etc.) 100 more crunches 150 situps the criss cross ( shoulder blades off the ground and touch right elbow to left knee switch (do for 1 minute x3) Killer Abs !!!!   3. I like runnin on the treadmill with some good fast music.. It keeps me goin an goin.. heheh
  4. use one of those balls its great fun and not boring at all or join a curves type gym those are a blast also
  5. Swimming, clothing is optional.
  6. do you like to dance? try dancing to your favorite fast music for 40 minutes a day..trust me you'll be sweating..gotta really do it though no more than a minute or so resting between songs...
  7. Go and get yourself a Nintendo WII. I've been doing the boxing game on it and it gives you a good workout. It also has a workout program. It's a fun way to work up a sweat.
  8. I'm a smoker, thin and hoping to get a standard weight and i want to do a simple exercise because i can't go to the gym continously.so i try this, i put my matches to a another room or not bring them, or putting my glass of water in another room so i have to walk to get them

  10. Depends on what you like. Try a backyard trampoline, I think they are lots of fun! And a good workout too. Some people like bowling, or being on a local sports team like volleyball or softball. Sometimes it's not what you do but where you do it. A boring walk on a treadmill can be a joyful experience if you walk on a beach or in a forest or park, etc. Dancing is fun and a good workout besides! You can dance alone at home, go out with friends, join a dance class, do country line dancing or contra dancing in groups, or even join a belly dancing or tribal dancing group (even small towns have them these days). If swimming bores you try water aerobics. It's all a matter of finding something you enjoy, so you keep doing it. Good luck!
