- Crunches really are easy for someone that gets bored easy..All you have to do is lay down on the floor..with your knees up and reach.
- It is hard in the winter time because of the outside limitations. You can do indoor rock climbing or raquetball. If you are a member of a gym you can always do the classes that they offer. That's what I do. In the summer I've gone on hikes, nature walks, and played tennis.
- i reccomend having a daily routine of working out. Every other day do cardio and the day that you do not do cardio, lift weights.
- In winter some indoor games like racquetball , sqaush is a great idea . As you are playing and at the same time working out..you'll not feel bored. Again.. such games does not get you a work out for a specific body part..like the abs...if that's what you are looking for.All the best!!
- dance, try to get in some dancing classes it is the best a funniest way to exercise.
- Annoy a mad dog and let him chase you down the street. lol There are machines in which you just have to sit and they make you fit like I've bought myself a couple of them
- Get a partner. Ideally somebody who is into the same kind of exercises as you. Besides, you could exercise under the sheets too.
- Try yoga.
- fit to strip is pretty fun. i own the one with the workout routines that help you get in shape for the strip routines. i'm sure the strip routines are interesting but i cant speak from experience. there are also some good bollywood workout videos, but they are kind of difficult in that they presume you have a bit of a background in dance. i'm also still a fan of kickboxing, even though its no longer the trendy workout. i bet you can get find some old kickboxing vhs' in the walmart bargain bin.
- There are alot of exciting and energetic work out tapes on market now. You don't have to spend money on those expensive good for nothing exericse gimmicks that just take your money and run. I should know I have the six second ab machine in my closet that is collecting a lot of dust. A really good set of videos is the Billy Banks, I think that is his last name. tae bo work out tapes. They are fast and fun and really get your cardio going. Good luck
- Try exercising outside. It saves you from the monotony of the gym. Go on a walk with some friends, or bike. If you live in a snowy climate, try snow shoeing or skiing. Go hiking, or surfing. Try getting a work out partner. Sometimes just having someone to talk to can help relieve boredom.
- try the game DDR : Dance DAnce Revolution :) its really fun and it gets you into shape
- if you have access to a gym with classes, try a kick boxing class. they are sooo fun, you feel like a bad @ss and they get your heart rate up without even trying!
- Clean your house and rearrange things put a time limit on this
- I also get bored easily. Try boot camp..it is amazing! And I promise you will NOT get bored. They tend to do different things every day, and the results are wonderful!! Usually a local gym will offer it or even a local trainer. Good Luck!
