What are some fun way to exercise?

- Play the Nintendo Wii !!! it's great cardio !!!
- If you are of age.........sex is a fun way to exercise.
- Sweatin' to the Oldies...so much fun! Or get a group of your friends together and power walk- and talk...bonding is always fun!
- Trampolining! Working your calf and hamstring muscles! Moon bounces work, too.
- I personally love working out hard. Its increases endorphines which makes me feel happy. Its pretty much the only time I feel really happy. But thats my issue not yours sweetie!
- sex, dancing, walking, biking, lift weights, fighting (for fun), climbing, basketball, baseball, any other sports you like are good exercise. Take your pick.
- Oh, let your imagination run wild! Dancing, sex, biking, hiking, swimming, volleyball, softball, football (I am not referring to professional, but the old "sandlot" variety), tossing a frisbee, white water rafting, riding horses...
- I find it fun to pretend that I am an exercise instructor and in my mind I have to come up with a good routine, of warm up , stretching, low impact arobics, circut training with light weights. Then I practice all of this for 45 minutes and instruct out loud to my pretend students
- sports typically basketball, soccer, track maybe, X-Contry, dancing is good, ride a bike, go swiming.....the best way i think that is good to burn calories is to laugh so go to a comedy club or go out with friends watch a movie or just have a fun time and laugh, try not to eat or drink to much....id say to drink lemon water
- karate, salsa dancing, swing dancing are 3 of my favorite things to do.

- I think running can be a fun way to exercise. You have to find a place that has alot of ups and downs, turns, jumps, all that kinda stuff. Your best bet would be a big park or forested area. You can even run in downtown areas and just use the stairs and crubs all around you as an extra challenge. You can throw in some pushups or pullups if you see a good spot to do it.
- excercising with your friends is motivating,,,you can play fun games together outdoors. try competetive games that will get you to try harder. if you have areward in mind, it always helps motivate you more
