any ideas for fun ways to loose weight?

im too young to go on a proper diet, but i was wondering if anyone had any ideas of fun and effective ways to exercise or any foods/meals/snacks that are yummy and easy to make, yet healthy?

  5. Just eat healthy and do not gain any weight in the first place. I gained like 5 pounds and it wont go the hell away. I knowingly gained it just cos i wanted to eat fast food and i thought itd easily disappear but it doesnt work like that do not gain the weight!
  6. um a good way to loose weight is to note eat donuts and mc's and run heaps or work out at the gym i feel sry for u i eat donuts and mc's but i also play heap's of sport u have to put effert in to it but it depends how much u want to loose i woulde also say if you are the averidge weight for your age dont try get skinnyer remember a guy dosn't like an anorexic stick ......jokes

No Pain No Gain take little pain of reading this _____________________________________________ LOOSE WEIGHT GAIN SHAPE, FEEL ENERGETIC AT NO COST. Without spending for costly Gym fees or steam baths For weight loss or bulging belly or sagging breasts, tired knees or laziness whole days. For all theses, I have one prescription of simple exercise of spot jogging to be done in four stages. Or 15 minute each. And that too for first 15 minutes to be done spot jogging. Second stage sits down with crossed legs keep your both hands on waist. Wide mouth, chin touching pit of collar bone at mid of chest. Sway you upper part from left to right, bending up to left knee and keeping in this situation move head to right knee and straighten the upper body. Do this for 15 minutes. Third part is to be lying down on floor keep eyes wide open, starring at ceiling imagine stadium size clock and your eyes are moving on periphery. Roll your eyes fast on periphery in circle. Last 15 minutes close eyes; relax body and lying on floor. Get up after 15 minutes, take warm or hot water bath. Eat sprouts, boiled vegetables. Do not eat curd, banana or sweets, or iced foods, Avoid saturated fatty foods, beef, mutton, meat, fish, Take natural juice in limited amt. Take honey 2-3 spoonful with half lemon juice mixed with water to make it one glass Avoid junk food, pastry, snacks, and irregular intakes. Regular sleep and food will bring drastic change within 21 days. And continue for 6 months together without break and report at my email krishprud@yahoo.co.in Further you chew the morsel till it is liquid and then only take another in mouth. This will greatly control your food intake and give your mouth good exercise. It will also be fewer burdens on your digestion system and your food will directly become blood .this again will give you more energy and nourishment and waste will be minimum... People do not Love their body and when they stop loving themselves, they ignore and in that they start damaging the body by eating wrong foods, eating too much eating at wrong times, avoid the exercise etc. The reasons are many And eat to your hearts delight ... do not starve yourself... enjoy food but eat each morsel and make it liquid and then allow it to go down your throat ... this will be another exercise in your life along with Jogging, so jogging and chewing both are your work, prayer and worship Keep a fullsize photo current one, on your dressing table where you do exercise for your daily viewing Keep note of your weights and other body parts for your knowing where your exercise goes. initailly it will be exhausting but you will feel more energy once you pass the 21 days your face should glow, your eyes should shine , your voice must be clear and walk must be energetic , your foot springs when you walk
  8. Trampolines are an excellent, fun workout. Buy a small indoor one and you'll be bouncing your way to fitness in no time. Put on your fav tunes and get bouncing! Add one fruit or veg to every meal. Even if you don't feel like it-force yourself! After 30 days this will be a habit-part of your lifestyle. Easy and cheap!!! Start with the basics-apples/ bananas then maybe try out things you've never tried before to keep it interesting! You may find something you love! Good luck!
  9. i am not trying to be mean or anything first of all. you know one of those cartoons where a cat or puppy has a tree branch attached to its head, with a small string at the tip of the branch. attach one of those yummy foods on to it. and run after it. hehe.. ok, not funny i know. but here's the real one. eat small snacks throughout the day, not like the big-3 course daily intake of food. but just small snacks every 1 or 2 hours. it really helps actually. but eat substantial snacks (not like twix or bounty) that's all for the diet. about excercise, listen to music while you run..listen to lectures while you jog or do some sort of excercise. or jog to some distance at which, at the end there will be a cute cafe where you can have coffee or freshly squeezed orange juice. i don't know. it is easy to gain weight, but a lot harder to loose it. but i think you can do it, you are on the right track - heading for a goal. good luck! you can do it!

  11. First of all don't worry about dieting to lose weight. You are better off just living a healthy lifestyle and any weight issues you have will work themselves out. Fun ways to get exercise are skating, skiing, dancing, swimming, and any other physically active sport or hobby you might enjoy. Avoid a lot soda, 'diet' foods (things that have sugar substitutes), and don't live on junk food. Fresh fruit is a great snack and a good energy booster. Lean meats, whole grains, healthy fats, and plenty of water and green vegetables are the best thing you can eat. There are literally thousands of recipes for healthy meals.
