Fun ways to exercise for a 13 year old girl!?!?

okay, im not fat, but i want to lose weight and get more abs. i have soccer 3 times a week and cross country when school starts but i want ABS!!!

  1. I'm 13! and I strent train there not that expansive and I play soccer and run track at school me and some of my girl friends and our bf's run five miles every Monday Wednesday and Saturday at the river walk we have decent abs the boys have killer one my bf has the biggest
  2. Jog 2miles a day... and 500 crunches thats should work:)

  4. I'm about a year older than you and I'm just as active and great way to get abs is crunches. As lame as they are they really do help, if you do them right and change them up. First, suck you stomach in when you do them. Crunches are different for girls and guys. Second, try elevating your legs, or putting them on the side to work the sides of your ab muscles. Things like V-ups and legs lifts are great. If crunches aren't your thing try dances that involve your stomach. If you don't like dancing yoga or exercise balls come with great workouts.
  5. i got my abs in shape by doing 1000 crunches a day it might seem like allot its totally not i can do 20-50 at a time i do 100 when i wake up 100 after lunch or breakfast. then 100 before my jog.and so on 100 10 times a day . jogging is good too and its really good to do it like after you eat you burn off the the calories u just put on. i run on the tredmill too. hope i could help
