Good ways to exercise at home.? I've been needing to get into shape, and tune up my body. I'm finally taking initiative and getting it done. I just don't know of any good exercises to perform at home. I don't have the money to get a gym membership. I'd prefer to just tone my body, not build bulky muscle. I have 2 10lb iron weights, and that's about it for equipment. Any know of any good exercises? :(

how can i exercise when i am at home with no one around? i am on a break and i think i should exercise. i've been on this break for about 3 weeks already and i still have 2 more weeks left. only now i am thinking that i may be getting fatter because all i do every day is eat, sleep, and watch tv. so i need help to exercise daily. plus, when i go back to school, i want to be skinny because i am single and this time around i want a great looking guy with a great personality. please help. also please help me on my diet. i was on a diet but after a few days of it, i got sick. so if you know any good ways of eating or exercise please help. thanks.Chu<3

I heard green tea helps make your metoblism faster, so i drink a cup of green tea before bed and in the morning (its reall green tea without the sugars) I have been trying to stop eating treats and if i want one i eat a yogurt or special k bar or apple...breakfast i usually yogurt or raisn bran....I also do 100 sit ups a day...SO if you have tips please help me!! I do school sports also I'm not the type that just sits on the couch eating.

what is a good work out routen that i can do at home? a gym is always better and i understand that because you have all the equipment there but at the same time i get out of work at 12:30 at night and my gym closes at 10 and when i get home any ways im not tired cause im full of energy and therefore i can work out for 30min to an hour and get my daily exercise. The only ones i can think of are the ones you used to do in highschool and junior high. But i want something that is going to work and also i want only sertain areas... like my butt, legs, and abs.... those are my key places. i try but eventually i get board of the same thing and i also it seems as if it doesnt even work... More ways to lose weight to lose at work..? I work as a dishwasher at a hotel. Besides, changing what I eat from there (and at home), exercising at home, and drinking ice water, is there something at work I can do (during perhaps break time) that can help with the weight loss?
What is the best at-home way to tone the back of your thighs? I have a jump rope, exercise ball, and a pair of 5 lb. hand weights. I can't afford a gym membership and don't have room in my tiny apartment for any big exercise equipment. The front of my thighs I have no problem shaping up but the backs of them aren't so pretty.
